The Plan For the Week of April 14th 2025

The plan for the week of April 14th 2025 is to do runs of 4 miles, 4 miles, 3 miles, and 7 miles to the beginning of the ascent of the Pino Trail. On Tuesday, the plan is to do a Get Stronger workout with Kelsey Heenan and then an Easter Sunday hike with my daughter Grace.
